Venue

The 2008 Mideastern Regional Championshps will be held in Greater Cincinnati Schutzhund Club's trial grounds near Verona, Kentucky. The area is served by a major airports and interstates.

Location

Directions from I-75

• Get off I-75 Exit 166. If you are coming from the South then take a left off exit 166. If you are coming from the North then take a right off exit 166.
• Take the first left past Wendy's. This will be 491W.
• Follow 491W for about 3.6 miles
• Take first left past bridge. This will be 1942S.
• Stay on 1942S for 0.8 miles and take right onto gravel road with a small pond.
• Follow the gravel road down and over a hill and you will see the club schutzhund field.

Practice

The field will be available for practice on Wednesday and Thursday. We will post a practice reservation form on the website in a few days. Practice slots will be 15 minutes each.

Protection

The blinds will be the yellow, permanent blinds.

Jump

Tracking

Tracking will be in hay fields, depending on the weather, ankle to calf height. Tracking Flights will meet at host hotel parking lot and caravan from there to the tracking grounds. Tracking articles will be leather, wood and carpet. They will be the standard size.

Food

Daily food service will be provided at the trial grounds. The Judge's Steak Dinner will be Saturday after the Regional Meeting.
