Tracking
Please arrive at the host hotel 45 minutes before your tracking time to caravan to tracking fields.

Trial Field
Please arrive at the trial grounds at least 20 minutes before your flight for obedience and protection. If we are running ahead of schedule we will move ahead.

Entry Deadline, August 27, 2010
The field will be available for practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
Helper Tryout and Selection Thursday at 5pm at the trial field
Draw Night will be held Thursday at 7:15. The draw will be at the host hotel.
Regional Meeting 5pm, Saturday, at the club grounds. Time may change based on how long the trial lasts.
Tracking Flights will meet at host hotel and caravan from there to the tracking fields.
Lunch will be a available at the trial grounds.

Judge's Dinner

The Judge's Dinner will be held at club grounds on Saturday evening. The current plans are for a steak BBQ. D
