Entry Instructions

Your entry will be forwarded by email to the trial secretary. It is accepted pending payment of the trial entry fees and the signed waiver.
The signed waiver and entry fees are due by August 25, 2008 Extended!!.

You will receive a copy of this entry by email.

You must sign the waiver in this document. If this is a Youth entry, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Entry fees are payable by check to Greater Cincinnati Schutzhund Club.

When purchasing a scorebook or entering a trial with a H.O.T. dog, the handler/owner may be required to sign a statement that the requirements listed above have been met. Falsely entering a dog as a Handler Owner Trained (H.O.T.) will result in the handler being disqualified for "unsportsmanlike conduct” from the entered event, and may also result in possible Board of Inquiry charges. Judge's Dinner
How many tickets do you want for the Judge's Steak Dinner on Saturday? Kid's Meals
Tickets are $18 if pre-ordered, $20 at the trial. It includes a steak, baked potato, salad, dessert, one beverage (soft drink or beer). Kid's meals are $5 each.

I understand that this event will be conducted in accordance with the current VDH rules and regulations as administered by the United Schutzhund of America (USA).

In consideration for acceptance of this entry, I agree to abide by these rules regulations and decisions. It is further understood that the Trial Chairperson has the right to dismiss any dog or handler for violation of the VDH rules or for unsportsmanlike conduct. In the event of dismissal, any entry fees will not be refunded.

I am fully familiar with the risks associated with this type of event. This includes the risk of injury from a dog. I voluntarily assume these risks and agree to hold the organizers, Greater Cincinnati Schutzhund Club, its officers, directors, employees and agents harmless from any claim for injury or losses I may sustain as a participant or guest at this event.
