Entry Instructions

Your entry will be forwarded by email to the trial secretary. It is accepted pending payment of the trial entry fees and the signed waiver.
The signed waiver and entry fees are due by August 27, 2009 .
You will receive a copy of this entry by email.
You must sign the waiver in this document. If this is a Youth entry, the waiver must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Entry fees are payable by check to South Michigan Schutzhund and Police Club .
Mail the signed waiver and entry fee payment to:

If you have entered your dog in the previous years, we already have your information on-line. Just enter your USA membership ID number and the dog's scorebook. You can change your information as necessary.

First time entry for you or your dog? Just enter your USA membership ID and your dog's scorebook number. You can then fill out the necessary fields.

When purchasing a scorebook or entering a trial with a H.O.T. dog, the handler/owner may be required to sign a statement that the requirements listed above have been met. Falsely entering a dog as a Handler Owner Trained (H.O.T.) will result in the handler being disqualified for "unsportsmanlike conduct” from the entered event, and may also result in possible Board of Inquiry charges. Liability Waiver

I understand that it is my responsibility at this event to keep my dog(s) under control at all times. I agree to be fully responsible for the actions of my dog(s) while on the trial grounds. I further agree to hold harmless the United Schutzhund Clubs of America, South Michigan Schutzhund and Police Club , property owners, members, officers, directors, and spectators for any loss or injury which may be allegedly caused directly or indirectly to any person, animal, or possession by any act of my dog(s) or to my dog(s) while on the premises of this trial site.

I hereby assume all responsibility and liability for any such claims and agree to hold harmless and relinquish all claims to South Michigan Schutzhund and Police Club , property owners, United Schutzhund Clubs of America, members, and spectators.

I understand that this event will be conducted in accordance with the current VDH rules and regulations as administered by the United Schutzhund of America (USA).

In consideration for acceptance of this entry, I agree to abide by these rules regulations and decisions. It is further understood that the Trial Chairperson has the right to dismiss any dog or handler for violation of the VDH rules or for unsportsmanlike conduct. In the event of dismissal, any entry fees will not be refunded.
